Green Park Nursing Home welcomes guests who wish to receive special care for different reasons, so we offer several different types of care service to appropriately look after our residents.
Long Term Care
Long term care is recommended for residents who will need to stay at Green Park Nursing Home indefinitely or temporarily for help and supervision with everyday tasks that may have become difficult due to poor health or aging. Our trained and helpful staff have been caring for residents for years, and they can really make a difference, even when it comes to simple tasks like cleaning, dressing and eating.
Respite Care
We offer respite care for the carers of people who need a day or two to focus on other commitments or have a rest from the demanding nature that caring for a dependent person can have. Looking after a loved one can be time and resource consuming, Green Park is here to help. Simply book some time with us for respite care and we'll provide the necessary activities, treatments and other arrangements to look after our resident effectively.
Day Care
People who would rather visit Green Park Nursing Home on a daily basis and then return home should opt for a day care service. All of our members receive the same care as the permanent residents and our program of activities ensure that their days are filled with enjoyment and care that meet their own specified requirements.
Our Staff
Our staff are especially chosen for their experience, kindness, patience, honesty and sense of humour. All Green Park’s team are thoroughly trained when they join the team and are encouraged to further their skills through continued internal and external studies. We have a quality control system to ensure the highest level of professionalism and that standards are maintained at all times.
Green Park operates a Resident’s Agreement which explains the conditions of their stay and the few rules that exist to protect their safety and comfort. We encourage all prospective residents and relatives to come and experience the quality of Green Park home life for themselves and to discuss their individual requirements with the Home Manager.
